SGM Management & Design Ltd is a multi-discipline practice founded in February 1989, by the current Managing Director Stephen Morrell.

S.G.M. generally operates within the Retail, Food & Beverage, Hotel and Banking sectors.

Our business is implementing new build and refurbishment programmes and projects. Our services range from the engineering of conceptual design packages into highly effective cost efficient schemes, technical specifications, site surveying, way finding and the management of time, cost and quality and successful completion of attractive projects.

We have considerable experience in these fields and extensive knowledge in different sectors especially Leisure Industry and Retail. Thus, our team are in a position to maximise budget value in terms of build cost and time frames.

Other competencies include a fully equipped CAD & DESIGN office.

We also promote the use of internet based project information sharing which our client find easy to use, due to it being Microsoft Office based, with commonly available office applications.
